Cheltenham Almshouses & Aid
The aim of the Cheltenham Almshouses & Aid Trust is to provide affordable accommodation to mature members of the local community who have limited financial means.
If you are aged 55 years or over, have lived in Cheltenham for at least five years, have proven total assets and savings of less than £25,000 and are of good character then you could qualify for residency in one of our Almshouses.
